Standard shipping is complimentary on all jewelry shipped within the United States β for every customer, with no account required and no order minimum. The benefit applies automatically at checkout. On a mixed order, the jewelry portion ships free and any non-jewelry items β such as pottery, kachinas, knives, and paintings β are quoted at their calculated rate. International orders are quoted at checkout at the live carrier rate; see International Shipping & Duties below.

We ship worldwide on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. International orders are quoted at checkout at the live carrier rate in US dollars (USD) β the exact rate our carrier returns for your destination β with full tracking and insurance. This rate covers transportation only; it does not include import duties or taxes. As the importer of record, you are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees assessed by your country, which are collected by the carrier or the customs authority at the time of delivery rather than at checkout. All prices on our site are shown in USD; your card issuer converts the charge to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
All orders ship directly from our gallery in Sedona, Arizona. Each piece is carefully inspected, wrapped in protective packaging, and shipped in a branded gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order placement. Custom orders and personalized pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey from Sedona to your doorstep. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Every shipment from The Humiovi is fully insured for the complete purchase value. We take great care in packaging your jewelry, and in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly. Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
During the holiday season, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping cutoff dates are announced seasonally on our website and through our email newsletter. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for last-minute gifts.
