Was The Humiovi a member of the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA)?

Yes. The Humiovi was a longtime member of the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA) until its dissolution in 2018. Every piece we represent as Native American-made carries a verified tribal affiliation and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Do all pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every piece purchased from The Humiovi includes a Certificate of Authenticity recording the piece, its materials, and its artist where known. For a piece we represent as Native American-made, the certificate also states its verified tribal affiliation and the Indian Arts and Crafts Act guarantee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — complimentary standard shipping on jewelry orders anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for everyone, with no account, no subscription, and no minimum. On a mixed order the jewelry ships free and the rest is quoted at checkout. Pottery, kachinas, and knives ship at calculated rates, and international orders are quoted live at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued less a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Should you prefer a different piece, exchanges for an item of equal or greater value are complimentary — no restocking fee applies.
